Pool Pros started as a two-truck crew resurfacing backyard pools around the Hillcrest neighborhood of Little Rock and has grown into a full-service pool construction and service company covering the entire metro. Fifteen-plus years later, the work is still hands-on: the same company that pours a new gunite shell also shows up weekly to skim, test, and balance the water, and repairs the equipment when it eventually needs it. We built the business around doing every stage of pool ownership under one roof rather than handing customers off between separate contractors for construction, renovation, and maintenance.
That full-service structure exists because pool problems rarely respect neat category lines. A renovation call about rough plaster often turns up an aging pump that's due for replacement too, and a new construction client wants to know who's going to maintain the pool once it's built. Having in-house crews for excavation, gunite, plumbing, decking, equipment repair, and weekly service means we can answer those questions directly instead of referring you elsewhere, and it means one company is accountable for the whole life of your pool, not just the phase they were hired for.
We're licensed and insured to build and service pools throughout Arkansas, and our crews are trained on the specific challenges of building and maintaining pools in central Arkansas conditions: clay-heavy and rocky soil that varies block to block, a real winter freeze that demands proper closing and opening timing, and permitting requirements that differ from one city to the next across the metro.
